WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul previously obtained
a temporary easement for construction purposes described
as follows:
A strip of land eight (8) feet in width on
the west side of the permanent easement acquired
by the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota in Lot
nineteen (19) , Block four (4) , Wessel' s Addition
�y to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey Co. , Minn. , from
Suburban Avenue to the alley in Block four (4) ,
Wessel' s Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey
Co. , Minn. ;
WHEREA5, such easement has been quit-clai.med by said
City on May 2, 1969, to Frank Hay, Jr. and Laura M. Hay,
but the Examiner of Titles of Ramsey County requires a further
quit-claim from the City to the present owners of said property
to clear the title; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are authorized and
directed to execute a quit-claim deed to said interest from it
to the present owners of the property, Louis H. Meyers and
Maxine S. Meyers, husband and wife, as joint tenants.
