ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

To the Co�nissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Conanisaioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the prelimiaary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251921 approved
January 12, 19�� relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north
side of� Case Ave, from Kennard St. to Flandrau St, and by doing atl other work
which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and hsving investigated the matters and ttsings referred to thereia, hereby reporte:
1. The estimated coat thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for $tandard sidewalk
5 ft. wide aad $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sluetch of said improvement is hereto attached sad
