To the Coauaissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Co�nissioner cf Public Works, having had under conaideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251919 approved
Januarv 12. 19�relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north
side of York Ave. from Hazelwood St, to Barclay St, and on the south side of
York Ave. from Hazelwood St. west to the west property line of Blk. 1 , Schoch's
_ Re. and bv doinq all other work which is necessary and incidentat to complete
said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, h�reby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft, wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
3. Initiated by the Cosmiissioner of Pe�blic Works X
