RESOLVED� That the Counc il of the City of Saint Paul
� hereby takes cognizance of the pendency of certain proposed
legislation now before the Minnesota Legislature and embodied
in House File No. 66, repealing the provision of the statutes
providing for appointment of the Ramsey County Assessor; and
RESOLVED FURTHER� That the Council of. the City of Saint
Paul approves said proposed legislation and urges the Ramsey
County Senate and House delegations to work towards its
passage .
