The Coa�issioner of Public Worka, having had uncier consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251669 approved
December 23, 19 70 relative to constructing and/or reconstructing the
sidewalk on the south side of Sheridan Ave, from Sue St. to Prior Ave. and by
doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reportst
