To the Cocnmissioner of Finance of the City of Sto Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council knowr► as Council File No. 25189$ approved
January 8, 1971 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides
of Lincoln Ave. from Cambridge St. to Wheeler St. and by doing ali other work which
is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and thinga referred to therein, hereby repvrte:
1. The esticnated cost thereof is $4.40 per 1in. ft. for standard sidewalk
S ft. wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�ent is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
