PROPOSAL FOR IMPROYEMENT

PRELIMINARY ORDER,
Theuadereignedhereby propoeeethemakingof thefollowingpublioimprovement by the City ot 8aint Paul.via.:
Improve SHEPARD ROAD from 2100 feet west of Chestnut Street to 1700 feet
east of Chestnut Street and CHESTNUT STREET from West Seventh to Shepard
Road (City Project No. P-0373} as fo2lows;
SHEPARD ROAD--widen, grade and pave; construct bridges and ramps; construct
curbs and islands; construct storm water drainage facilities;construct
retaining walls; reloeate barge loading facilities; construct ornamental
lighting system; and do all other work which is necessary and incidental
to co:nplete said improvement.
CHESTNTJr STREET--widen, grade ar,d pave; construct br3dge; construct curbs
and islands; construct street, a11ey and driveway returns; construct
storm water dra3nage facilities; construct retaining wa11s; construct a
traffic control and ornamental lighting system; construct concrete walk;
and do all other �ork which ia necessary and incidental to camiplete said
