Section 1 , Minnesota Statut;es sg69, Section 60� . 1_8� ,
is amended to read :
609. 185 �URDER IN TH� FIRST DLGFtEE_7 Whoever does
� either of the following is guilty of murder in the first
degree and shall be sentenced to iinprisonment for life :
( 1 � Causes the deat}1 of a human being �aith
premedit;ation and with intei�t to effect 1;he death of such
person or of anotlzer; or
(2) Causes the death of a huiu�,n being while
committing or attempti.ng to commi-L ��.}�e-e�-sede»��-�a���
�e�ee-e�-��e�e�ee; a felony, either upon or a,ffeci�ing such
person or another.

Section 1 . Minnesota Statutes 1g69, Section 609. 185 ,
is amended to read :
