Grantee shall abide by and comply with the Special Limitations and Special Conditions contained in the current Statement of Grant Award applicable to Grantee a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "a" , the terms and conditions of which shall take precedence over and control the terms and conditions of Exhibit "A", attached hereto, "Application for Grant.
