yVHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul is informed by
the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and. Public Buildings that a nuisance
exists on the property located. at the rear of 624 E. Cook 5treet in the
City of Saint Pau1, which nizisance constitutes a hazard. to the public health,
welfare and safety; and
WHEREAS, such nuisance more particularly consists of debris
from a garage d.estroyed by fire, and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sec. 374 of the Charter of the City of
5aint Paul, and. Sec. 265. 52 of the Saint Paul Legislative Cod.e, 24 hours'
notice has been given to the owner, occupant or agent of such property demanding
that such nuisance be removed; now, therefore, be it
RFSOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Commissioner
of Parks, Recreation and. Public Buildings, the Commissioner of Public Works
is hereby d.irected. to surnrnarily and. forthwith remove the said nuisances,
the cost of such removal to be charged against Fund No. 0979; and. be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation
and P�b�ic Buildings is d.irected to ascertain the cost of such removal and, to
forward same to the County Aud.itor on or before October 1 of the year in
which ascertairied. for collection in the same manner as taxes against said.
