WHERE, , the Council o the City of 5aint Paul is informed by
the City Architect that the vacant and open bu.ildings located at:
612 Iglehart
-in the City of Saint Paul are a proximate hazard. to the public health,
welfare and s afety; and
WHEREAS, the last known record owners of said property are:
Nobuo Murakami
-and said owners have failed to secure the same against entry by unauthorized
persons in violation of 5ection 192. 18 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, and
said vacant and open buildings have been found and determined by the Council
� of the City of Saint Paul to constitute a menace to the public health, welfare
and safety and a public nuisance which must be immediately abated to preven�
loss cf life or property; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Architect is authorized and. directed to
immediately s ecure s aid buildings by the us e of contract labor under Contract
No. 7358 pending proceeclings under the Hazardous Buildings Act; and be iL
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing such buildings be
paid from Fund No. 0979-2b9, 5uminary Abatement, and that the Corporation
Counsel be directed to take appropriate action to reimburse said fund by
action against the owner of said property, (Estimated cost: $11. 75).
