RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed �nd
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for

ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251627 approved
December 22, 197� relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the
north sicJe of Palace Ave, from Saratoga St. to Snelling Ave. and by doing all
other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports„
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4040 per lina ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft, wide anci $5.30 per lin. fto for standard sidewalk b fto wideo
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said impravement is hereto attached and
