WFIEREAS, The Boazd of Commissioners of Ramsey County, Minnesota, though the Ta� Forfeited
Land Section of the Property Records and Revenue Department in a letter dated August 30, 2002,
ciassif'ied as non-conservation land, certain tas-forfeited properties lying within the Ciry of Saint Paul,
and,
WHEREAS, a copy of the classification resolution together with the list of said lands has been submitted
for approvai of the classification and sale of these lands in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Secuon
282.01, Sub. 1;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the taa� forfeited parcels on said classification list shall be sold
in accordance with Minnesota Statute 3ection 282.01, Sub. 1 except those parcels as listed in this
resolution which sha11 be withheld from public sale for those departments of the City of Saint Paui as
indicated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Cierk is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of
this resolution in the office of the Land Commissioner, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
