This property is further described as: Lots 2-5, B1ock 2, Hudson Road Gardens.� This matter was heard at the February 4, 1971, Board of Zoning meeting, at which time the staff pointed out that approval had been issued for a parking lot at this location that provided for internal parking, but that the applicant reported that he could not get financing for that plan. The staff reported that the present plan meets design standards. The Board heard a motion to recommend approval. The motion was seconded and carried by a 5-0 vote.
