Dear Mayor McCarty:
The Policy Advisory Committee of the Metropolitan Council - Transportation
Planning Program serves as a Committee of elected officials to advise
the Transportation Management Committee and Metropolitan Council on
metropolitan transportation planning matters.
The Cifiy of St. Paul is entitled to two seats on this committee. As chairman
of the committee, I would very much like to see St. Paul fully represented.
Currently, Mr. Leonard Levine, by our records, is the single delegate from
St. Paul. Could you appoint an additional representative, and an alternate
for each to attend meetings when the principal member is unable to attend.
