RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby
authorized to execute an agreement between the City of
Saint Paul and the Minnesota Skydivers Club whereby the
City grants permission for a parachute jump within the City
limits on March 17, 1971�, and the Minnesota Skydivers Club
agrees to hold the City harmless in the event of injury or
death occurring to other persons and/or themselves.
