WHEREAS, The Lighting Bureau Division of the Public Utilities
Department does various maintenance work for other governmental agencies
and private firms and individuals, and
WHEREAS, The budget does not provide funds for this type of
work, and
WHEREAS, It is desirable that the accounting for recoverable
maintenance services be accomplished through a separate Working Capital
Fund, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That a Public Utilities Lighting Bureau service fund
aad related activities he hereby established, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Comptroller is directed to assiga
account numbers.
