and directed to execute Professional Service Agreement between the
City of Saint Paul and The Soil Exploration Company, a Minnesota
corporation, said Agreement pertaining to providing professional
services to the City of Saint Paul involving soil investigations
at the site of proposed bridges, as more fully set forth in the
said Agreement.
