The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251893 approved
Dan. 8th. 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north
side of Minnehaha Ave. from Siwpson St. to Asbury St. and by doing all other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvem�nt.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reportst
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per line fto for standard sidewalk
