The Co�issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File Noo 251890 approved
January 8, 19 71 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north
side of �'ront Ave. from Kent St, to Dale St, and by doing all other work which
is necessary and incidental to compiete said improvement.
