To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Sto Paulo
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251624 approved
December 22, 19 70 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east
side of Simcoe St, from Atwater St. north approximately 130 ft. abutting
179 Atwater St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to canplete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby report9:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4e40 per lino ft, for standard sidewalk
