WI3L�REAS, The Council of the City of St. Paul, by resolution, C.F. 239�+55,
approved July 16, 1968, did vacate that section of public a11ey in Block 11,
City of St. Pa.ul Proper,said vacation reserving to the City of St. Pa.u1 and
other public instr�entalities the public utility easements contained therein
and thereon; and
WHEREAS, The petitioner, Twin City Federal Savin�s and boan Association,
a corpor�,tion, has requested that the Council waive said retained easements,
and the afPected City depaxtments, Northern States Power Company, and the
Northwestern Bell Telephone Compa.ny ha,ve filed written certit'icates of
intended non-use of reserved rights and easements, which certificates are
attached hereto; be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of St. Paul, pursuant to
Section 228.05 of the St. Pttiul Legislative Code, as amended, does hereby
waive the retained eas�ments contained in resolution C.F. 239�+55, approved
July 16, 1968, in the following described property;
The westerly 18 feet of' Lot 3, Block 11, City of St. Pau1 Proper;

FURTHER RESOLVID, That the above mentioned. waiver of said ea.sements
is for the City of St. Paul and for those persons for whom the City ha.s
reserved easements in said vacated property for the installation, maintenance
and operation of axiy sewer, Water, �as or electrical main, pipe or conduit
of public instrumentality.
