Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern Bell

Case Avenue to Jenks Avenue.
Work to be done under the direction of Commissioner of Public Works.
The Telephone Company to pay for the cost of publication incident hereto.
Location of proposed plant to be subject to the approval of the Public Works
Department and Board of Water Commissioners.
