The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No< 251588 approved
Dec. 18th. lg 70 relative to constructing and or reconstructing the
sidewalk on both sides of Howell St. from Fairmount Ave. to Goodrich Ave. and
from Lincoln Ave. to Grand Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary
and fncidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1, The estima.ted cost thereof is $4.40 per line ft. for standard sidewalk
