To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Sta Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251548 approved
Dec. 16th. 19 70 relative to constructing new sidewalk on the south
side of W. Iowa Ave. from No. .Victoria St. to the eaat approximately 160 ft.
abutting 1586 No. Victoria St, and by doing all other work whic�i is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the mattera and things referred to therein, hereby report$:
l. The estimated cost thereof is $4.40 per line ft, for standard sidewalk
5 ft, wide and $5.30 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft, wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part thereof.
3. Initiated by the Commissioner of Public Works X
4. Improvement is asked for upon petition
