The Commissioner of Public Works, having had uncier consideration the preliminary
order of the Council kncswn as Council File No. 251623 approved
December 22, 19 7� relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both
sides of Topping St, from Farr.ington St. to Western Ave, and by doing all
other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and thiaga referred to therein, hereby reporte: � "�
