PAUL couNCa ��• OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK F��E NO. ``sk. -� �� OUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ATF WHEREAS, the Council did by Resolution No. 252733 approved February 26, 1971, authorize the issuance and sale of $4,500,000 Capital Improvement Bonds, Series 1971, to be dated March 1, 1971, and as the proper city officers have fully caused the said bonds to be advertised for sale and said advertisement required sealed bids to be submitted on March 10, 1971, and as the bids were submitted and opened, examined and tabulated by the City Comptroller, and the City Comptroller made the recotrnnendation to the Council that the (joint) bid of Bankers Trust Company and Associates, including The First National Bank of Saint Paul was found to be the most advantageous, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the �joint) bid of . . Bankers Trust Company and Associates be accepted and said bonds awarded at a price, namely, par and accrued interest with a 1972/77 3.30 coupon rate of1978�79 �9�per cent and a premium of $ 37.13 ; be it 1980/81 +�. � FUR1�R RESOLVED, that .the Council hereby ratifies and approves each and every act of the Sinking Fund Committee in connection with the sale of the said bonds.
