To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Sto Paul:
The Com�nissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 251594 approved
Dec. 18th. 1970 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides
of Chatsworth St. from Otto Aye. to Eleanor Ave. and by doing all other work which
is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the �natters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $4e40 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $5030 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk b ft. wfdeo ���
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improve�nt is hereto attached and :5
