WHE AS, Section 4? C of the Civil Service Ru,les provides that
the Council sh ll adopt by resolution a statement of grievance procedures; and
WHEREAS, a grievance procedure statement has been adopted by
prior resolution of this Council, Council File No. 237804; and
WHEREAS, the Council hereby finds and determines that it is
necessary to amend said grievance procedures to conform to the provisions
of Ordinance No. 3250 of the City of Saint Paul; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the
following la.nguage of Council File No. 237804, Procedure A, is hereby stricken:

questions regarding the application and interpretation of policies
