-in trse Gity of Saint Paul are a proximate hazard to the public health,

W�iEREAS, the last known record owners of said property are:
O. Horrisberger
-and said ow•ners have failed to secure the same again�t entry by unauthorized
persons in violation of Section 192. 18 of the 5aint Paul Legislative Code, and
said v�,cant and open buildings have been found and determined by the Council
of t}?�� City of Saint Paul to constitute a menace to the public health, welfare
and sa.fety and a public nuisance �uhich must be immediately abated to prever�t

RESOLVED, that the Ci�y Architect is authorized and directed to
immediately secure said buildings by the use of contract labor under Contract
�m�x"�� pending proceedings under the Hazardous Buildings Act; and be zt
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing such buildin�s be
paid fr.om Fund No. 0979-269, Summary Abatement, and that the Corpor.ation
Counsel be directed to take appro�xiate action to reimburse said fund. by
action against the owner af said property. (Estimated. cost: $35. 25 plus cost
of removing hazardous back �orch. )
