WHEREAS, the last known record owners of said property are: George and Mary Boosalis --and said owners have failed to secure the same against entry by unauthorized ' persons in violation of Sec�ian 192. 18 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, and said vacant and o�pen buildings have been found and determined by the Counci� of the City of Saint Paul to constitute a menace to the public health, �ti•elfare and safety and a public nuisance which must be immediately abated to prevent loss of life or property; now, i:herefore be it .
