WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment
for overtime, and
WHBREAS, The Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public
Buildings has authorized overti.me work in his department during the
period from May 15, 1971 through May 28, 1971:
therefore, be it
RBSOLVED, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized
to pay the employees who performed such overti.me work in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446 and No. 3250. '
