WHEREAS, the last known record owners of said property are:

persons in violation of Section 192. 18 of the Saini: Paul I.�egislative Code, ancl
said vacant and open buildings have been found and detc:r�lined by t:he Cc>uucil
of the City of 5aint Pa�l to constitute a rnenace to the public health, welfare
and safety and a public nuisance which nzust be imrnediately abated to prevent '

RESOLVED, that the City Architect is authori•r,ecl and dircr.t�d to
immediately secure said buildings by thc; use of contract labor under Cotztract
No. 7358 pending proceedings under the Harardous :I3uildin�;s Act; ancl b� it
FUR�i'HER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing suclt buildings be
paid from Fund No. 0979-26�, Surnrnary Abatement, and that the CorporZLic�n
Counsel be directed to take appropriate action to reimburse said func� by
