WHEREAS, Ordina.nce No. 3250 authorizes and provides for pay-
ment for overtime work; and
WHEREAS, The Corporation Counsel has authorized overtime during
the period of May 15, 1971 through Ma.y 28, 1971; now, therefore, be

RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay the employee who performed such overtime work in accordance
with the provisions of Ordina.nce No. 6446 and Ordinance No. 3250.
