RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are hereby
�uthorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul the agreement between the City and
Minnesota Department of Highways, and the County of
Ransey, said agreement providing for the issuing of a
transportation permit for overwidth, overweight, over•
height, and overlength vehicles by the Minnesota
Department of Highways or County of Ramsey, acting as
an agent of the City when permits are requested that
include roadways that are in their jurisdictions as
well as other roadways in the City.
