In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of West Seventh
Street from Munster Avenue to Davern Avenue and by doing all other work which is
necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Qrder 253822 approved April 29, 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to bg proceeded with. '
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of West Seventh Street from Munster
Avenue to Davern Avenue and by doing all other work which is necessary and inci-
� dental to complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks
now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ �. �� ?Pr �;n ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.30 per 1in ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 30th day of
JuneT14 7 L , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
