In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of St. Clair Avenue
from Cretin Avenue to Mississippi River Boulevard and by doing all other work which
� is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order��.i���� approved Apr il 2 7, 19 71
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruc� the sidewalk on the north side of St. Clair Avenue from Cretin Ave-
nue to Mississippi River Boulevard and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidentsl to complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured
sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.�OTY--��ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 30th day of

.T�mP 7 971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of ��,
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the to tal cost thereof as estimated.
