a strip of land in the Northwest 4 of the Northwest � of Section 3, Town-
ship 28, Range 22, the centerline of said easement being described as follows: �
Commencing at a point on the north line of Section 3, Township 28, R'ange 22,
and 525.63 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner of Section 3, Township 28,
Range 22; thence Southeasterly ma.king an angle of 57 degrees, 00'� minutes
with the North line of said section a distance of 556.59 feet; thence to
the left an angle of 15 degrees, 00 minutes, a distance of 235.48 feet;
thence to the right an angle of 30 degrees, 00 minutes, a distance of
104.13 feet; thence to the right an angle of 7 degrees, 482 m�nutes a dis- ,
tance of 447.89 feet; thence to the left an angle of 30 degrees, ll minutes-
a distance of 309.82 feet and there intersecting the east line of the North-
west Z of the Northwest 4 of Section 3, Township 28, Range 22, 39.45 feet inance
North of the Southeast corner of the Northwest � of the Northwest � of
Section 3, Township 28, Range 22, said easement excluding those portions of ement

Also, a temporary easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 10
feet in width on each side of the above described easement, these easements -
