WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, T�e Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
May 15, 1971 to May 28, 1971, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
autliorized to pay the employees who perform such
overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6446 and 3250.
