WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for pay�nent for
overtime rrork, and
WHEREAS, the Com�issioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from May 15,
1971 to M�y 28, 1971: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authori��d to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6445 and No. 3250 -
