BE IT RESOL�ED BY Council of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, as follows:
SECTION l. The pending proposed Fourt� Amendatorp Contract
(herein called the "Amendatory Contract'') ameading that certain
Contract No. Minn. E-2 [G] , dated the 30th day of July, 1968, by
and between City af Saint Paul, Minnesota (herein called the
"Grantee`•) and the United States of America (herein called the
"Government") , is hereby in a11 resp�cts approved.
SECTTON 2. The Mayor, City Cl�erk and Comptroller are
hereby anthorized and directed to execute said Amendator�
Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Grantee, aad the
City Clerk is hereby author3zed and directed to impress aad
attest the cfficial seal of the Grantee en each such counter-
part, and to forward such counterparts to the Department of
Housiag and Urban Develop�ent, for executi,on on behalf of the
Govern�ent, together witI� such other documeats relative ta the
approval and execntion of such counterparts as may be required
by the Government.
SECTION 3. This ��solution sha11 take effect upon
publication. ,
