February 12� 1971� authorized the filing of an application with
the Department of Housing and Urban Development for an Open
Space land grant to assist in the acquisition of the F�oat Lake
Recreation Site� and

was estimated to be �75�321 and the estima.ted amount of reloca-
tion payments to be ma.de to eligible site occnpants was �805� and
W�AS� it hae now become necessary for techniaal rea�on�s
to delete one parcel of land from the Open Space Application�

RESOLYED� that a revised application be submitted to the
- Department of Hou�ing and Urban Development in an amount preeentlp

FURTI�R RESOLVED! that the Co�issioner of Parks and Recreation
and Pablic Buildittgs be and is hereby aathorized to execute the
revised application on behalf of the City of Saint Paul; and be it
FURTHER RE30LVED� that C.F. No. 252434 be and is herebp amended
to refleet these changes.
