RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Sa,int Paul hereby approves
and confirms in Resolution No. 2252 of the Board of Water Commissioners,
adopted February 26, 1971, a copy of which is hereto atta.ched, which Board of
Water Commissioners� Resolution authorizes the President and members of the
Board of Water Commissioners and their Secretary, or such of them as can arrange
to do so, Mr. Clifford W. Hamblin, General Manager of the Depa.rtment, and those
employees of the Water Depa.rtment as selected by the General Manager, be and
hereby are authorized to attend the 91st Annual Conference of the Axnerican
Water Works Association to be held at Denver, Colorado, June 13 through 17,
1971; and authorizes those attending to have their actual expenses incurred
to be paid from the Water Department Funds.
