RESOLVED, That tlie said asaessment be and the same is hereby in a11 respects ratified, and the
same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the I}istrict Court of the County of Ramsey for comfirmation.
BE IT FURTHER RIESOLVFD, That the said asseasment be and it is hereby determined to be
