In the matter of changing the grade of the a11ey in Block 2�, Frankson's Camo Park
Addition from Frankson Street to Fair Place to conform to the grade as shown on the
profile on file in the Department of Public Works.
Also, condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts
and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or re-
mainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereot or construetion of :�slopes in the
grading and surfacing with bitumiaous material the alley in Block 22, �'rankson's Co�
Park Addition from Frankson Street to Fair Place, (G-1982)
under Preliminary Order 253039 —, approved March 16y 1Q71 ,
Intermediary Order 253459 , approved A�ril 7� 1971 ,
Final Order 2538�8 , approved- May 8, 1971 ,
The Commissianer of Finance having submitted'Iiis report in the above matter as to the amount
of damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above im-
provement and to whom payable; and also having submitted his aS,sessment of benefits to property
from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
P�esolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a con-
firmation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the
twenty-ninth dav ef .Ttin� �A�__ _ , at ten o'clock A.M, and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
