In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Woodbury Avenue
from East Baker Street to Prescott Street Stairway and thence to the west line of
Woodbury Avenue extending and connecting to the Prescott Street aidewalk and bq doi�g
all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order- 2536$� approved �„ri i 2� 197�
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Woodbury Avenue from East Baker
Street to Prescott Street Stairway and thence to the west line of �Woodbury Avenue
extending and connecting to the Prescott Street sidewalk and by doing all other work
wb��b is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement, except where good
and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ �.40 �er lin ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Fur�her, That a public hearing be had on sa.id improvement on the 23rd day of
June, 1971 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
� said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
