In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the nortly�ide of St. Anthonq
Avenue from Snelliag Avenue to Pierce Street and Aldine Street to Beacon Avenue and
by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 2 3679 approved �►�s3l�Qi 1971
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council reeommends is
, to reconstruct the sidewalk on the nqrth side of St. Anthony Avenue from Snelliag
Avenue to Pierce Street and Aldine Street to Beacon Avenue and by doing.��a11 other
work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improveme�t, except where
good and sufficient poured sidewalka now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4.40 ver lin ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.30 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of
.Tune r 1 g71 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
