• R�SOLVED, That the City Coun hereby concurs in the action of the Contract
Co�nittee in the award of a contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary or incidental to the General, Mechanical and
Blectrical work involved in the renovation of North Aa1e Recreation Building
located at 1414 N. St. Albans Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, for the Department of
Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings, to WBSTLUND �NSTRUGTION COMPANY £or the
contract price of $3,473.00, as a result of Formal Bid #4559 and the specifications
incorporated therein. Westlund Construction Company being the loraest responsible
bidder under the specifications and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to
draft the proper form of contract and obtain the necessary performance and pay�nt
bonds. The proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
