RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeal.s and Review for the
Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of
Apri1 28, 1971, pertaining to the property located at 2177 Knapp St. ,
owned by Irwin M. Pentel and described as:
Lot 17, Block 37, St. Anthony Park;
waiving the requirement of Sections 34.01, 54.07, and 54.13 (4) of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code that no space in any cellar be
used for sleeping purposes and the requirement of Section 54. 14 (1)
of the 5t. Paul Legislative Cod� that the window space of a
habitable room be 10� of the floor area to permit continued
occupancy of the basement apartment; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That such waiver be granted until such time
as the property be sold or any other right, title or interest be .
transferred at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds .
