RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing,
Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of April 28, 1971 ,
pertaining to the property located at 1635 Sherburne Ave. , owned by
Irwin Bachrach and described as:
The West 100 ' of Lots 17 and 18 , Block 4,
Stierle, McConville and See�er's Midway
Addition and also all that part of Lot
12 West of the East line of said 100 '
extending South and all of Lots 13 and 14 ,
Block 1, Brightwood Park;
waiving the requirement of Section 54 .11 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water
closet, lavatory and bathtub or shower, to permit five dwelling
units on the third floor to share one double bathroom, ten units
on the second floor to share two double bathrooms and three units
in the basement to share one bathroom; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That such waiver be granted until such time
as the propexty be sold or any other right, title or interest be
transfperred at which time said waiver be nullified; and be it

FINALLY RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
' directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County

Register of Deeds .
